PP101 Development Process Of The Economic Guidelines In Tunisia

Introduction Health technology assessment (HTA) has become a critical support to health policy decision-making. The HTA evaluation process requires transparency, formalized processes, clear timelines, and standardization according international best practice. Tunisia is establishing an HTA-based decision-making system through the National Authority for Accreditation Assessment in Healthcare (INEAS) ensure impartiality fairness decision-making, which important emerging democracy. INEAS opted participatory approach developing national economic guidelines better engage healthcare sector stakeholders process. We aimed present main phases of used develop Tunisian guidelines, methodological choices pharmacoeconomic evaluations, budget impact analyses. Methods different were listed reported. Results developed under technical cooperation program World Organization involved collaboration between Institut d’excellence en santé et services sociaux (INESSS Quebec, Canada) INEAS. first version was drafted following review practice reference books, taking into account context.
